LOGIN PROBLEMS:
The most common support question we receive is about log in errors.

HORDE MAIL
Horde Mail requires your full email address, which is your user name plus @safelistemail.com.
So, using the above user name and password for example, when your pop up login screen appears you will need to enter Bill@safelistemail.com as the user name and easy as your password and click OK.  You will then be taken to the next Horde Mail screen that requires you to enter this information on the top of the page once again. (however it is usually already filled in and all you need to do is click OK).  Once you click OK you will now be logged in to your Horde Mail browser.

DO NOT copy and paste your entries.....
this is almost always a mistake. Chances are you have an extra space or even a period that you did not see while copying.
TYPE in your information, this is the most fool proof method.
